Anne Lamott, author of Bird by Bird, has just posted on Facebook an informal book list of her 20 favorite reads, mostly over the past year. I thought there might be some inspiration here for us. Two of them have already been on our list.
I just wrote down 20 books I've read and loved, mostly in the last year, but not always, and then they were deleted, so I am going to scribble them down again, not always with the author's name, because I cannot risk looking anything up...this will all be deleted again and I won't be able to live with myself.
