Good discussion about Through Black Spruce. We did not get to talk at all about how Will's first family died, and what was the effect of their death on Will. Any thoughts?

I'm loving The Botany of Desire. I've put the PBS series in my Netflix queue.
Re the death of Will's first family... seems like some pretty heavy-handed Karma. But there's no doubt the guilt (both for cheating and neglecting home repairs) were eating him up.
