I'm reading and I find myself reminded of Confederacy of Dunces. With the difference that so far, I'm not feeling any sympathy towards Misha. Mostly just repulsion. I'm hoping he'll do something to redeem himself, or at least do something that demonstrates the author understands the difference between being funny and being gross. At least Ignatius Reilly made me laugh!
